SJG International can produce a range of profiles from solid or sponge rubber compounds to meet any customer specification. The company has the capability to manufacture co-extruded profiles, produce profiles in a range of colours and create profiles up to 280mm wide.
As additional options, SJG International can cut parts online, print customer specific information onto profiles online and offers many other additional processes offline including taping, cropping and notching.
SJG International has an in-house tool facility to produce new dies and splice mould tools, providing the ability to reduce lead times and deliver to exact specifications.
